Return Conditions:
You may return a product within 3 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be made by contacting our customer support.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer during return.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via mobile banking or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, personal care items, and products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
